We would like to note that a new sport "Aesthetic group gymnastics" has been developing in our Academy since 2017. Aesthetic group gymnastics is a sport based on stylized, natural movements of the whole body and includes harmonic, rhythmic and dynamic elements performed with natural grace and strength. This type of gymnastics is very popular in other countries, is a mass sport, attracted different age categories of athletes from 4 years and older. Be admitted to the competition categories, since 6 years.
The Academy of gymnastics "Alan" is also a member of the accredited Federation for aesthetic group gymnastics in the capital and carries out a lot of work to promote this beautiful sport. More than 250 children aged 4 to 13 are engaged in the Academy. Gymnasts of Alan gymnastics Academy LLP took an active part in international competitions, such as international Cups, the championship of four continents, the Cup of Asia and the Pacific region, where they won prizes in several age categories. And also all gymnastics take part in competitions of Academy, city and Republican competitions.
